1860-1880's Beautiful Antique Porcelain French Continental Victorian Inkwell

This is a beautiful old Victorian era inkwell in excellent condition. It has blue and red flowers, see photos. It was found in Totnes, Devon.
We would date it to circa 1880-early 1900's, the Queen Victoria to early Edwardian era. A beautiful old original piece. The metal fitting (is plated, may be plated brass, see a bit of a yellow tinge to it, unsure) simply shuts down, but has no clasp, it was made for sitting permanently on a desk, not travel.
A beautiful old piece. See photos for them. There are no cracks, chips or repairs. We feel it was made in Europe, Continental made, France, Germany, Austria, Czech etc. There is no mark other than handwritten 27 tally mark by maker on bottom, handwritten.
