1900 Childs Sprigged Stoneware Silver Rim Doulton Lambeth Jug & Sugar
1880 Tiny Childs Sprigged Stoneware Silver Rim Doulton Lambeth Jug & Sugar Set
Tiny, see them photographed with my thimble: A beautiful and classic small children's 19th c. English Staffordshire pottery jug and open sugar bowl embellished with sprigged harvest scenes in cream and brown, with silver rims. The rims have the silver hallmarks also.
NOTE: The silver rims need a good cleaning, I did not touch them, just as found.
There are no chips, cracks or repairs and these 2 pieces are in beautiful condition. They measure 2.5 inches in height for the sugar and 2.75 for the jug. Small, beautiful and we assume made for a young child.
They were recently found in Devon. See all of our photos for the wonderful markings.
Size: Sugar 2.5 in height
Jug 2.75 inches in height
